Work Day 1 of the Eagle Scout Project at Camp Winnataska was a HUGE Success!!!
We did 2 days of work in 1 day thanks to the big efforts of the scouts and adults. A special thank you goes to Mr. Eddie Cleveland for bringing his Kubota small tractor. It was able to drag the cross ties down the trail. Our backs are grateful!. We were able to position all the cross ties on the trail and sink 18 of them.
A big thank you to Mimi, Papaw and Uncle Steve for bringing Subway and Arby's sandwiches for lunch.
Everyone worked exceptionally hard. It should only take one more day of work to complete the trail.
